This policy explains how Berth & Bell Transfers ("we") handles the information you give us when you ask about or book a transfer. We keep it short and plain.
Only what you send us to handle your enquiry: your name, your phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your email, your travel details (route, date, flight or ship number, group size) and anything you type into the form or the chat. We also record the page you contacted us from and your IP address, to prevent spam and to understand which of our pages people use.
To reply to you, arrange your driver, and keep in touch about that booking. That is the only reason. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Our own team, and the driver or local operator we assign to your trip, so they can carry it out. Nobody else.
For as long as we need to handle your booking and any follow-up, and then we remove it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Contact us through the form on this site and we will act on it promptly.
This site uses only what it needs to work and to count visits. It does not run advertising trackers.
